Rather than waiting for grid capacity that may not exist, Private Grid Partners places dedicated natural gas generation directly on or adjacent to your site. The result is a fully private power supply with no dependency on the public network, and no exposure to a utility’s construction schedule.
We are not an EPC and we are not a generator OEM. We are the party that makes the deal happen: we find the site and the fuel, match your load to a pre-qualified asset, structure the offtake, and stay engaged until the facility is energized.

Site Identification
We identify land with immediate access to fuel, independent of grid capacity. Pipeline proximity, pressure, and interconnect rights are assessed before anything else.
Power Matchmaking
Your load profile is paired with a pre-qualified generation asset from our registry. Every asset is assessed for deliverability before it reaches you, so you receive vetted options rather than a raw shortlist.
Deal Structuring
Full PPA advisory, including off-balance-sheet structures that keep the generation asset off your capital plan and your covenant tests.
Execution Support
We remain engaged through energization. Our fee depends on the project reaching commercial operation, so our attention does not drop off at signature.
The commitment
We win when you win. Not before.
We do not earn a dollar of profit until your project is energized and operational. Not at contract signing. Not at financial close. Not at construction completion.
Our fee is triggered exclusively by the delivery of tangible, operational capacity at your facility. If your facility does not go live, we do not get paid.
